Exchange and return

1. The buyer has the right to return or exchange the purchased goods of proper quality if he did not satisfy him with color, style, size or for other reasons. (Part 1 of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine No. 1023 on Consumer Rights Protection)
2. Exchange can be made for a similar thing of a different size, provided that it is available or for another thing in the assortment.
3. The buyer has the right to return the thing provided that its commercial appearance is preserved (in the same condition in which the thing was received, in the original packaging or in a similar Nova Poshta box). Transportation conditions should be as favorable as possible to preserve the commercial appearance of the thing.
4. The buyer has the right to return the purchased thing provided that the thing: – was not worn; – was not used for photo or video sessions: – was not subjected to various kinds of manipulations (washing, hemming, trimming); – has all tags, labels and seals on it; – has no traces of socks, stains (in particular, from deodorant and foundation), foreign odors (in particular, deodorant or perfume).
5. The buyer has the right to terminate the distance sales contract by officially notifying the seller about this (by sending the appropriate form) and return or exchange the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the order to the Nova Poshta branch (excluding the day of delivery) or to the buyer’s address. (Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine No. 1023 on Consumer Rights Protection)
6. Underwear products, in particular, socks and underwear presented on the website, are not subject to return.
7. All transportation costs associated with the exchange or return of goods are covered by the buyer.
8. Without specifying the full cost of the goods upon return, the buyer agrees to receive compensation from Nova Poshta in the amount of the specified amount in case of damage or loss of the parcel.
9. The seller exchanges the goods within 3 business days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the returned goods, provided that the store has the goods for exchange in its assortment.
10. The funds are returned to the buyer within 7 business days from the moment of receipt of the returned goods by the seller. The seller reserves the right to refuse the buyer to return the goods if one of the points of these conditions is not met.
