Mongolia is a country with one of the harshest continental climates on the planet and one of the coldest countries in the world. It is in Mongolia that Capra Hircus goats live — the owners of the finest and softest undercoat known as cashmere.
Mongolian cashmere is considered the most valuable on the global market and the most desired by renowned manufacturers with impeccable reputations.
The precious fiber that animals grow in order to survive the cold season is carefully hand-combed once a year during seasonal molting. Up to 100 g of purified cashmere can be collected from one animal annually. One sweater requires the down of 5–6 goats.
Organic cashmere exists only in several natural shades of goat undercoat found in nature. The absence of further chemical intervention in the fiber structure allows us to create the softest, silkiest, weightless, and warmest garments. The diameter of cashmere fibers ranges from 11 to 19 microns.
We work exclusively with 100% cashmere and follow the highest standard — a fiber diameter of 13–14 microns and a length of 35 mm and above.
Since 2023, our cashmere has held the internationally recognized UNDP certification as “sustainable cashmere” — an environmentally responsible product ethically sourced from healthy animals grazing on clean pastures.
