CASHMEREBOX WORKS EXCLUSIVELY WITH 100% CAMEL WOOL — A MATERIAL CREATED BY NATURE FOR EXTREME CONDITIONS.
Bactrian camels (Camelus bactrianus), living in Mongolia and surrounding regions, are adapted to survive in extreme natural environments. They are able to withstand low temperatures thanks to their dense and warm wool, as well as endure prolonged periods of drought.
In the Gobi Desert, where temperatures range from -35 °C to +35 °C, the fiber gives these animals a unique ability to adapt to any climate.
CASHMEREBOX selects undercoat fiber exclusively from animals no older than two years to ensure our garments are exceptionally delicate and soft to the touch. This wool is collected once a year during the animals’ seasonal molting period.
Thanks to its unique hollow fiber structure, which traps warm air, this material provides an outstanding warming effect that promotes blood vessel dilation, improves microcirculation, and stimulates regenerative processes in the tissues.
Its therapeutic and preventive properties may help relieve symptoms associated with neuritis, neuralgia, osteochondrosis, arthritis, and rheumatic pain. Importantly, the warmth provided by camel wool is also considered therapeutic: it is dry heat.

THERMOREGULATION
Camel wool retains warmth when needed while remaining breathable in warmer conditions. Thanks to this, garments made from this wool provide a stable feeling of comfort regardless of the season.
BREATHABLE COMFORT
The fiber can absorb up to one-third of its own weight in moisture while remaining dry to the touch. This creates a natural microclimate and makes the material especially comfortable for everyday wear.
SHAPE RETENTION
Its natural elasticity helps garments retain their shape for a long time without losing softness.
GENTLE ON THE SKIN
Camel wool is suitable even for sensitive skin, does not cause irritation, and serves as a soft natural alternative to traditional wool.
CONSCIOUS ORIGIN
The raw material comes from regions with minimal environmental impact. Nomadic households care for the animals responsibly while preserving the natural balance of the ecosystem.
Natural palette
Shades ranging from soft beige to deep caramel do not require dyeing. It is in its natural state that the fiber preserves its finest properties.
