CASHMEREBOX works exclusively with 100% camel wool — a material created by nature for extreme climates. In the Gobi Desert, where temperatures fluctuate from -35 °C to +35 °C, this fiber gives animals a unique ability to adapt to dramatically changing conditions.
We select the undercoat only from animals no older than two years to ensure exceptional softness and delicacy to the touch. The fiber is collected once a year during the animals’ natural seasonal shedding period.
The raw material comes from regions of Mongolia with minimal environmental impact. Nomadic herding communities treat the animals with care while preserving the natural balance of the ecosystem.
Most shades of our garments — from soft beige to deep caramel — require no dyeing. In its natural state, the fiber preserves its finest qualities, texture, and warmth.

Creating a thing of organic baby camel down, we do everything possible to preserve the unique natural qualities of the fibre and give the product maximum softness, lightness and warmth.

Care: we recommend hand wash at water temperature of up to 30C, without the use of bleach. Squeeze the water gently. Dry the article on a horizontal surface. Iron with steam at low temperatures.

It is also permissible delicate dry clean.
