Delivery

Delivery within Ukraine:

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the postal service «Nova Poshta».
Dispatch time — 1-2 days after order confirmation.
The cost of delivery is paid by the customer.
After dispatch, we will send you the tracking number (TTN).
ЗOrders can be received at a branch, through a parcel locker, or by courier to the specified address.

For your convenience, order payment is possible:

• payment on delivery (upon receiving the order and, if you wish, after a preliminary inspection at the Nova Poshta branch);
• by bank transfer to the account details we provide when coordinating delivery;
• by card online, via the link we will generate and send you for payment.

Within Kyiv, delivery by our courier to the specified address is also available.
Delivery cost: 200 UAH.
The delivery time should be agreed upon with the manager in advance.

International Delivery:

Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out by the postal services «Ukrposhta» or «Nova Poshta International Delivery».
The choice of postal service and the cost of international delivery are determined individually when placing the order.
Customs fees of the recipient’s country are not included in the delivery cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times may vary depending on the country, region, and chosen delivery service.
